Enchanting and Tailoring is not your best choice to make money…. not at your lvl anyway. You should take mining + skinning OR herbalism + skinning (mining + herbalism use the same tracker and is nasty to use).
Simple gather everything and sell in AH.
Also, lvl up and do a lot of quests in Outland and Northrend. I leveled mining on an alt from 1 to 300 in 1 day and made around 2k gold only from those.
SO:
Gathering professions, quests, daily quests <– the best way to make money.
When you hit 80 you can get Alchemy + Herbalism OR Jewelcrafting + Mining and make more gold

Whats the fastest way to make the most gold possible on world of warcraft?

If you are level capped then the auction house can be a great way to make money without really doing anything but you have to know what to look for. Addons like bottomscanner and auctioneer will help a lot with that. Otherwise you can farm different items (leather, herbs, ore) depending on your profession although each server has different prices and some sell better than others. Check the auction house on your server and ask around which of those items sells the best. In general I would say herbs and ores are generally the best as herbs are used for all potions which get used by mostly all players on a regular basis, and ore can be used in multiple professions. Dailies would be another way to earn some gold, granted not a whole lot and it can be time consuming.

If you are not level capped then farming and questing would really be the best things you can do while out in the World, although sitting and making the most of the auction house is always a possibility. *As a side note to selling items you’ve farmed: Monitor the prices throughout the day/week to see what the average is. If the prices start to drop much lower than the average just hold onto your stacks until it goes back up again. Likewise, just because the prices skyrocket past their average (ie, normally sells for around 50g, now listed for 120g) doesn’t mean it will sell that high.
